I work primarily with the Financial Markets team where I proofread and translate from English to French and from French to English various legal documents such as UCITS/AIF Investment Fund Prospectuses, contracts of all kinds, office and residential leases, submissions, legal opinions and miscellaneous marketing documents. I also translate from Danish and communicate with Danish clients in all departments. I am responsible for coordinating all outsourced translation with external agencies.
In addition to my translation work, I also ensure compliance with AMF and ESMA regulations for various funds, sub-funds, and share classes. I make appropriate filings with national regulation agencies for short and long positions while ensuring compliance with all additional company reporting obligations. I field questions about passporting foreign investment funds and regulatory requirements for authorising sale in France.
